Here at ZAF everything is about balancing your rotor… regardless of whether your components are prototypes, individual components or series parts. ZAF has a modern machine park which, in combination with the know-how of ZAF employees, provides the optimum basis for successfully solving your balancing task.
Rotors with a few grams up to several tons can be balanced to a quality of G0.4 according to DIN ISO 1940 to a few gram.
Centrifugal force tests and job spinning of your rotating components at ZAF.
Prototypes, individual parts and small series can be reliably tested by us for their durability. Type tests and type examinations according to EN ISO 15641 or similar and also endurance tests (LCF test) can be carried out.
Rotors from a few grams up to 300 kg and up to 300.000 1/min can be tested in our centre. Larger masses are also possible on request.
You will receive detailed reports with expertises and preceding finite element calculations of your components. Furthermore we can also advise you on the optimisation of your components.
